About this vehicle

We have just taken in this lovely 2012 Bailey Approach 745SE, a four berth, low profile based on the popular Peugeot Boxer 2200CC engine putting out 130BHP with 6 speed manual gearbox, cruise control, cab air conditioning, electric mirrors and windows, driver & passenger airbags, and cab blinds throughout.

This is the most popular of all the Bailey layouts as it has the two extra 3 point seat belts in the lounge area which means 4 people can travel safely and comfortably.

This van was first registered on 1st of July 2012, and has had just three owners and only 9,600 miles from new.

Maximum weight is 3500Kg, which means this motorhome can be driven by anybody of any age with a full car driving licence with no restrictions.

Starting at the rear of the van is the fixed French style double bed which does away with the need for making up and putting the bed away each day. Above the bed are numerous lockers and there is plenty of storage space underneath the bed which can be lifted from within giving you access to the large storage space below.

Next to the bedroom is the washroom which has a separate shower cubicle with screen, a Thetford flush toilet, a vanity handwash basin with mixer tap, mirror, and a storage cupboard for all your toiletries.

As we move through the van we come into the centrally located kitchen area which has an L shape design and features a 4 gas burner hob, a gas oven & grill, a built in microwave oven, the large 155 litre Dometic fridge with freezer, a sink with mixer tap and plenty of storage space both above and below for all your equipment and food.

To the front you have a large dining table which can be put away when not required, and the two front seats swivel to face the table for dining. This area can be converted to a large double bed in the evening as and when required. Upper aircraft style lockers and under seat storage is also available, plus additional over cab storage lockers.
